Do you have a deep cleaning, post reno and move in/out option?

We like to keep things simple and have made our standard clean a deep clean. It’s hard to #takebackyourday when some surfaces are left untouched! We are working hard on providing a post reno service very soon.

My house hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while, does this matter?

Not at all - to help further you might want to add some additional extras like inside the oven or hand wash baseboards. However, we do reserve the right to cancel and refund if the condition of the property is in a state of disrepair or determined to be unsafe.

How many hours do you clean for?

The provided time estimate is a good indicator for how long your booking will typically take. We clean by the booking not by the hour - this means we only finish when our extensive checklist is complete.

Does On Our Way just match me with a cleaner that doesn’t work for you directly?

We do not operate a marketplace. All our cleaners are employees of On Our Way and go through our rigorous application process. All our employees are highly trained, insured, bonded, validated, vaccinated and background checked.

Do I get the same cleaner every time?

If the days and times of your bookings are consistent, our system will always do its best to lock you in with the same cleaner(s). Sometimes it is impossible to do so (vacations, competing bookings etc) but you can always let us know if you want to request a different cleaner.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes! Always. We can use your own vacuum/mop if you want - just let us know.

What if I’m not happy and want a refund?

We are passionate about making your home super clean. If you’re not satisfied, we don’t expect you to pay and will come back to re-do. No questions asked, no ifs, no ands, no buts. We call this our 200% happiness guarantee, so you might want to tell your friends that it’s actually real.

Can you clean just some rooms instead of the entire home?

Yes. The options on the booking form allow for a custom amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, along with a notes section to clarify your exact needs.

What type of products do you use?

We use safer choice products. "Safer choice" means biodegradable and ingredients that aren't harsh to the skin, but still being able to take out tough stains etc.

Can I pay with Apple Pay on my phone?

Yes! We are the first home cleaning company in Ontario to offer apple pay payment for bookings and tips. Give it a try!
